Whos the comedian i saw on Comedy Central that said "The cops are on the way and they want to talk to me"?

It was a fat guy from the south i think and it wasnt larry the cable guy. he said the joke right when he came on stage.

Okay, I saw the show on Cox OnDemand and he was probably the 3rd comedian up. he was wearing a plaid shirt and a hat (i promise it wasnt larry the cable guy) and right out of the gate he said something like "wow its nice being here tonight... i feel high... no no, not that kind of high... i mean a natural high. i cant do that other kind of dope. it makes me feel like the cops are coming and they want to talk to me..."

I'm good at these questions cause I've seen most of the CC presents, but I need more info on this one.

EDIT: I still have no idea about the bit, but it could be John Reep. Check this site for all the people who've been on Premium Blend, because that's the show you're probably talking about if there were multiple comedians.
