What is the purpose of having Di and Del Henry?
First the actor that plays Del needs some acting lesson. He has no chemstry with anyone on the show.
Di and Aiden are so boring. Aiden is to good of a charater to be wasted with Di.
I did hear that the actress is leaving the show.

It's a soap opera, that why its under soap operas. All My Children has been on since 1970 on ABC.

There really isn't any purpose of having either one of them around any longer, their story lines ran their course a long time ago. Di should have been let go after it came out that she wasn't Dixie, but her long lost sister (how many times can the writers use that story line?) I think they keep Del around just to have some comic relief but it doesn't work anymore. He has become a stall character. Di will be leaving soon, and unfortunately the writers are going to try to pair Aiden up with Greenlee.
