Cannot press red and go to Big Brother live !!?!

Over the last two days, when I go on to E.4. I do not have the option to watch Big Brother live. What has gone wrong??

I had the same problem. The best way is to turn off your satellite box and pull out the plug for 10 seconds and then put it back in.
