First there was this liquid with snakes in the bottle, then the bulls penis, and then the third thing is what I didn't catch. Thanks - it's been annoying me all day!

It was rotten shark meat, its rolled in gravel and left to rot for weeks, James may ate it and didnt throw up but Ramsey took a bite and puked! james May said it stank and he wouldnt reccomend it.
