If Zarf or Zoey Comes back to All My Children...?
Depending on if Zoey decided to get surgery or not, and continue with hormones would you want Jeffrey Carlson to play the role still even though the results of the medicines and surgery wouldn't be as "realistic" (yes, I understand it's a Soap Opera) as they could be if a woman or actual transgender to play the role. It's just a thought. What do you think?

I think if the character is brought back Jeffrey needs to play him/her... just too entertaining.
