Isabella & Paul's son's name is Ricardo Carl Williams. He lives with Isabella's parents is Los Angeles. Maybe they'll bring him back aged soon. Since they brought Heather back.
As far as Isabella, that chick was a nut case. Maybe they'll bring her back as a recast. Of course Eva is to "good" to play the role now.
