HOw many of you agree that Twin Peaks(1991) revolutionised television shows and even movies?

Im watching the final episodes of Twin Peaks now...and im just bowled over by its complexity and artful filming. Im a fan of David Lynch and he never fails to impress.Alot of serials and even movies that succeeded Twin Peaks have copied the style and the scenes. Even 'latest fav in the recent years ''Six Feet Under'' has copied alot from Twin Peaks. How many of you love the series and think that it had changed television and brought it to a new status altogether?

Twin Peaks was the beginning of great tv shows. It set a new standard. Without it, stations would not take on risky projects with strange happenings. We wouldnt have "Lost" or any other mind bending thrillers....i must admit though i didnt like the ending..(THE LOG LADY SHOULDVE BEEN THE KILLER!!) :)
