Lost is unbelievably brilliant for it's storylines and Scrubs is the funniest thing ever invented!!!

That is TOUGH ONE! I watched them both religiously (not really) and they are two completely different shows...but I'm going to have to say Scrubs, because, like you said, it is the funniest thing ever invented. Plus, laughing if good for you! (reee-hee-heeeeee-ly good for you, as Dr. Cox would say)
Lost is good too, entertaining, but a bit unrealistic. For good drama/adventure you should try Prison Break.
