Does anyone know how to start an FM radio from scratch?!

Hey, i'm really interested in starting an FM Radio for my local town, I've tryed to find out how to start one but I am not having any luck!. I need to know everything from then wireing to where to get a microphone from!. Many thanks AlanWww@Enter-QA@Com
