Why do XM and Sirius have such horrible sound quality?!
Question: Why do XM and Sirius have such horrible sound quality!?
I have subscribed to both XM and Sirius!. Got rid of Sirius because of sound quality!. I know have XM and the quality is just terrible! Is there any way to fix it or is it XM!? I am SO not going to pay $13/mo!. for AM radio quality radio if that's the case! I listen to my iPod a lot because of this!.

Let's go beyond LCs answer a bit!. Where do you live!? Is it near the borders as outlined n the coverage map!? Do you have your antenna set up correctily and pointed in the right direction (very inportant)!?

well sounds like you listen to the talk stations a lot!.
sirius uses less bandwidth for the talk channels than the music stations
