Question: Help getting FM transmitter to work is Sirius radio!?
I just got my car from my parents and I am putting my Sirius radio in now!. I ran the cable from the trunk to the front of my car and I am getting perfect signal!. Until I get my CD player with an AUX port I have to use the FM transmitter!. I set my radio to FM1( my radio has FM1 and FM2) and set it to an empty station!. It is 90!.7 and is all static so I think that means no one is broadcasting!. Then I set my Sirius radio to 90!.7!. But all I get is still static!. What should I do!. My radio is the sportster 5!. did you connect the fm antenna that comes with the radio!?
it sounds like you did not
did you change the transmission freq on the Sirius Tuner!?
you must have that antenna (Im not talking about the satellite antenna)
plugged in other wise the tuner cannot send out the signal
