If you call into the radio, are you supposed to wait when there's a busy signal!? Because when I call in it always goes 'beep beep beep beep' like a busy signal!. And when you're calling in to win something, are you just supposed to wait!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

No, redial!. A fast busy signal means the circuits are overloaded!. The regular busy means the station phone is busy!.
Only wait if you get through!. Either the jock or a recording will answer!. Follow the direction of either!.
