Make an "O" with your mouth and keep your lips small; almost closed but still in the shape of an "O"!.
Your cheeks should cave in!.
"Flick" the indentation of your cheek!. Flick by pushing your middle finger against your thumb!. Curl your finger so your tail is touching the inside of your thumb and FLICK! This should hurt a very little bit!.
AS SOON AS YOUR FLICK connects pull your tongue up flat against the roof of your mouth or behind your top two front teeth!.
