I can't tell you for sure, but Radio Disney is ment for kids, and sometimes adults might like it as well. And it seems to me that you aren't willing to pretend to be something that you are not, and that is not always the best way. Have you tried to contact Radio Disney about this problem, I bet that they can help you better then I could, maybe they can look into the reason you are getting this error message. Good luck, and hopefully, you can registor and become a member, without registoring for the kids' page first.
