keep trying over and over and over and over again, when i used to call it could take hours, the number is 1-888-EARS-018..so it looks like you have the right number, you jsut gotta remember hundred of kids and preteens are calling 24/7 to win contests and everything, just believe me its possible to find contests, i think when i was a teen i won 5 contests, so it happens, you just gotta be luck and call at the right moment in time :)
Yes that is normal it is a toll free number and there are thousands of other people trying to call them at the same time. just keep trying and put the number on speed dial, that really helps
