XM has a few channels dedicated to world music:

as well as a few latin channels
I have been told that sirius is the best!!

I dont think there is one that offers a ton of channels from all over the world. I do know that XM and Sirius have dedicated "world music", "world beats" channels etc. Maybe 3 or 4 channels on each XM and Sirius.
