Did you get your license itself, or did you pass the test? If you passed the test on the 9th, then it could take a week or so for the FCC to issue youer call sign. Look at the FCC ULS site today and every day until your call is issued. Once you have your call sign, you can begin operating. The paper license will follow in a week or so, but all you need is the call in the FCC database.
You can operate as soon as you are issued a call sign but usually any FCC paper work is a week to a week and a half after it comes online so don't expect it before next week and congrats on the license.
