my friend in LA just fell for this the other day. What a sleazy practice -- finding people to sell advertising for them, not just for FREE but the would be announcers even pay THEM! Report It

    Yes, indeed. the American Radio Network is a legitimate company. They broadcast out of KLAS-FM in Los Angeles.

    Here is some information about them:


    "The American Radio Network produces the Kaleidascope Radio Magazine featuring over 200 weekly music, talk, interview and feature shows that inform/entertain audiences daily on its radio stations. The program has been on the air continuously since it started on a New York station WHBI-FM in 1968. Since then, over 100,000 radio shows have been produced."
