One radio in India receives all the FM channels in India?!
Question: Unlikely. India is a big country. Radio stations have limited signals. Unless they let them blow the doors off. (That actually happened in Italy for a while - the govt. finally got it under control).
In the US, and most countries, stations are limited and controlled so they don't interfere with one another. I'm no Indian radio expert, but I suspect the rules are similar.
That does not preclude the fact that you might be able to get the same "program" all over the country. But it will probably be carried on several different stations and frequencies depending on the geography.
