No, why should it be?
Yes. Because there are those idiots who always crank their music up to the highest volume possible (and that's including the unnecessary amplifier in the trunk) and it's hard to know sometimes whether they're real or not. Plus, they're just plain annoying!!!
Yes it should!! I can't believe the number of people who will not pull ovewer or at least yield way when we come past in an ambulance, now with people thinking it is on their radio it is getting worse!!!!!
Actually it is - maybe not locally in your town ordinances, but in the US, playing or representing emergency vehicles on a broadcast station is a fineable offense. As it should be.
