Yes I am still having the same problem. I have e-mailed tech support and received a message telling me that my concern has been forwarded to someone that can correct it.
yes its been doing that for awhile now. I just push the refresh button and it comes back up. It seems like it started about the time they added the new categories like sleuth and Taylor swift questions

I too have tried to contact US 99.5 and have not gotten a response as of yet. Wonder if they are getting our messages? I'm not able to answer any of the questions. I've tried refresh, logging off the computer completely, still nothing.
go back ( the little arrow) helps me when things don't work then I get the same question and I try to answer it again and then it says this answer has been previously answered. I think I still got the points. Hope someone get this fixed.
I am able to use mozilla firefox at home to enter the answers with the xp platform but the mozilla firefox at work with the vista platform is not working properly.
It might be a problem with the platform that your system is operating on. XP works but not VISTA.
