I am still having problems, also, with being able to answer the questions. I was able to click "Tech Support" today, Monday, & I, too sent an e-mail to US99. Guess it's something going awry in their site. I look at some of the answers that are given on your site, and I wonder where some of these people are located. Some of their answers just don't coincide with US99, Chicago. Maybe things will get straightened out today.
