I'm from Belgium. I think you are talking about the National Pop Station Hil 3 ? Ho did use 675 KHZ AM or MW but also FM well since 1992 or 1993 not shure HIL 3 did not use MW any more but only FM and became R 3 FM.
The 675 Khz MW freq was for sale Radio 10 Oldie Format did use 675 for a while and there are now only on FM and Calble. Later Arrow Classic Rock did use 675 Khz MW but last the also did move to FM. The keep the 675 Khz MW blocked there is still seprate singal of Arrow Classic Rock on 675 MW this last is not on the internet All 3 station you can here over the ineternet
