Try http://www.live365.com, I'm not sure if its free though. You could create your own webpage devoted to your show and post the .mp3 of your show on there.

TriBeCa Radio is a free service which you could use to broadcast online.
blogtalkradio.com allows you to host your own radio show online for free. They also set you up with a number to take calls for your radio show as well.
