Phones4U are generally crap, not just with after-sales. And the adverts don't make you want to buy a phone, they make you want to hit that man, preferably with a big ol' beast of a phone.
Too right went to get account address changed and all they wanted to do was sell me another phone. selfish un-helpfull B******
i have and will not ever go too many bad things like this said
