set the SWR this way you will get it down with no matcher inline

That makes no sense at all.
Are you asking how you can determine the SWR of a long wire?... it takes a SWR bridge... and that is for any antenna... and I can tell you for a fact, it will be high unless you are using an antenna tuner.
