hmm thats a shame.
maybe the reception is bad
it sounds like a signal problem most dabs you can test or see the signal mine rates it out of 100%
some stations are better than other .
take it back and tell them
show me it
my dab reception is awful downstairs, must be the fridge etc affecting it, yet up in bedroom, its great.....
attach some bell wire to the aerial to improve it if possible....
