Question: The way you are connecting to the internet doesn't allow for the telling of where you are.
Most internet connections send out a thing called a IP address. It IDs the location of where you are. Yours for some reason is either giving one out of the country (as in a proxy), stipping the IP address (most common) or something on the Disney server is not IDing it correctly (quite possibly)

Hmm.......did you heck your connection to your internet? Other than that, I have no clue. Message me if you have questions.
That's puzzling....Have you call your service, they would be better to tell you what the problem is, I have no clue, so try your service !!!!!!!
