XM radio service question?!
Question: Hey, I have XM radio in my car that I just bought. I like it, and its free for the first three months. After that it comes to something like 13 and change a month to keep it. I'm in college and really can't afford the extra 13 dollars on top of my car payment, insurance, and keeping the cabinets full. If I have them shut it off then later on can I have it turned back on, much like cable television? I was just wondering if anyone had done this before. Thanks!

Yup. You can turn it on and off as your finances allow. Good luck!

PS: wait a couple of months and you can get your favorite 50 channels for $7/mo from either XM or Sirius - if the merger goes through.
Yes you can cancel the service at any time, and join again. However just let your trial subscription continue, a lot of times they give you at least 6 months for free.
