If that doesn't happen, the problem might be your computer.
Have you rebooted your modem and computer. That's the first thing to do anytime something like this happens and usually clears up the problem. UNPLUG modem, router (if you have one), then turn off computer. Then replug and turn on in reverse order (modem first etc). If that doesn't work, re-install Firefox, make sure you have latest Java, Flash (download sites are easily found through search engines). Recheck your security settings (in control panels) and that they are set no lower than Medium. Turn OFF any firewalls (at least temporarily untl the problem's fixed) - then turn back on.

Mine is working fine but you may want to check your connection as was said earlier.
Occasionally Sirius does have some Satellite issues but very rarely and to be honest with you after having owned an XM, Sirius has won me over for good.
Give it a little time and if it doesn't come back or the previous suggestion doesn't work contact Sirius either through their website or there sign-up number where you can be re-directed to a technician (if your legal).
