On his 3am shift's my husband sets one but he always wakes up just before it anyone, but if I don't turn it on he wakes up worry about sleeping in!!!

I use one. I have it tuned into a local station. On days I need to get up I have the alarm on my phone set so the noise of the two gets me up.
