Well, you can search download sites and programs for a radio edit version, or youcan try and fix it yourself. There are many programs you can use to do this, Adobe has one, I use SawPlus (though I hear it's archaic). You can drop the volume on bad words, or select that word and reverse it so it plays just that word backwards, or put in a sound effect, or any number of things.
It can be fun, but please don't use bleeps. They get annoying, especially in a song with a lot of bad content. I'd recommend dropping volume or muting just the bad words so the song flows right, but is content-appropriate.
