Of course it is allowed! It is a slang term for the common cigarette.

Sure; you can scream "FABULOUS" all you want.

In today's day, songs have all kinds of taboo material in them. One of the reasons children get on the wrong track. There is even murder and women abuse in lots of the hip hop, rapper music today.

FOX just got all their fines rescinded .( Forget what it was for) From the story in the newspaper, sounded as if any obscenity regulations will be about unenforcable from now on .

In Australia I'd say yes if referring to the cigarette

However in the US, The FCC actually doesn't ban words but holds what is called a community decency standard. In a nutshell, if it will offend most of the community the word or phrase then is considered banned. That's why certain words that may be banned in some areas or not in others.

I know in the south where I am, most ban the three letter word you refer to but it will sometimes accidentally slip through in a song if the station did it's own editing or uses a less edited version of say "American idiot" by Green Day but most use a preedited version like you would find at Wal-mart and usually any hateful name calling is automatically removed
