radio will out live tv

No because you can't watch tv in the car

Defiantly not apart from being able to listen in the car as previously stations like the BBC World service allow people all over the world to tune is and listen and find out what is going on. I did hear that secret messages are passed to field agents using this media, maybe a future question.

What a weird question!

There is no apostrophe in your third word (in this instance). Why have you put a question mark after your fourth word? The question mark should only go after the fifth word and the words should not be split up!!

Not in the foreseeable future. It's on the ropes and has been before. Radio will bounce back with improved methods of selling the inventory they have and learn to operate at lowered revenue expectations. This because of increased competition from many quarters.

Some of the folks who fought so hard to conglomerate radio are now realizing they went a little too far and are divesting. With any luck, this will allow owners to be local once again. Local has always been radio's strength.

All traditional media is having to move over a bit to allow new technology into the circle of availability. It will all shake out.

These folks have way too much money invested in licenses, real estate and hardware to just walk away in our lifetimes. That doesn't mean as things become increasingly outdated, radio operators won't look to the heavens. Not to pray, to think about getting into the satellite business, the cellular potential and other delivery methods.

But "Radio:" the concept of airing content for personal consumption, will be around for a long while. The equipment will change (it always has); the branding /marketing will change (it always has); the content will evolve... the concept will survive.

No, I don't think so.

There will always be people that enjoy entertainment without visual.... makes your brain work harder and you get to use your creativity to create the whole picture.

The technology will change for sure... someday it will all be satellite and streaming, but it will never die.
