I have tried many things, but still cannot get my radio stations to play?
My account is paid up; I can get Microsoft radio to play just fine, but not any Yahoo radio stations. I am paying for the service but I can't get it to work! Any help is appreciated.
Answers: Gearbox always gives good advice. If that doesn't work, since you are a paying customer, I suggest you go to the home page, poke around and find an email address or live chat for tech support. I'm sure they can guide you through the process better than we can.
-a guy named duh Are you using the latest IE browser (as it won't recognize sometimes the ones based on IE architecture)
Two- have you cleaned out all of your browsing history..sometimes it will jam it up...
Three- have you checked to make sure a pop up blocker isn't blocking the site (as it's basically a pop up if I remember?)
I just checked my free station and it came up with the pop up block warning and have to click the second link to bypass it
