I had to update my car XM stereo recently & I "lost" many stations. My radio just skips these stations. WHY?

I have called XM & I updated my radio several times, but these stations will not populate on my radio anymore. for example, I had LUCY XM 54 as a preset. When I hit that button, the radio skips to the Loft XM 50. Has this happened to anyone else?

Answers: Yes, Call them and have them resend the signal again. I've had the same problem, then it didn't work so i canceled the radio for a week and rejoined that fixed the problem but doesn't always work. I recommend calling again.
