on the net they are many many ways to start go google radio station how to get started and you will get many results.

they is laws unless your talking pirate radio for which your going to need so expensive gear to get it up and running

regards x kitti x You can set up your own internet radio quite easily, and be able to "broadcast" to up to 100 people at any one time, depending on your equipment.

However, just because you wanna radio doesn't mean that people will wanna listen to you. After all, there are a growing number of internet radio stations out there, and you've not spent any time listening to them.

What have you got to say that others want to hear? If you're talking about broadcast radio rather than Internet radio, then forget it unless you've got thousands of ￡￡￡s to apply for a community licence or 28 day RSL licence.

If you're thinking of casually setting up a (plainly illegal) small station in your bedroom to broadcast to the neighbourhood you'd better be aware of the consequences; UNLIMITED FINE AND CONFISCATION OF ALL EQUIPMENT USED IN THE OPERATION OF THE STATION INCLUDING YOUR RECORDS AND THE CHAIR YOU SAT ON!!
