Sirius Radio isn't coming in clear?
so I just bought a Sirius Sportster 4 radio and it isn't clear at all, I have heard clearer AM stations. Same thing for all of the stations from 88.1 to 109.5 or whatever. I called them and the service was horrible they seem to think it is something I am doing and not the unit it's self. I can't stand listening to music with that constent 'hissing' in the background. Anyone know what I can do to get the 'cd quality sound' they advertise?
What a piss off I spend big bucks on a unit and more money on a year subscription and I get my dad's 1980 John Deere tractor AM quality....

I had to change the frequency that the Sirius was programmed to. I believe the default setting was 88.1, but I had a college station near me on that frequency, so the static was prevalent.
I changed to 88.5 and it worked well.
