Does anyone know of a totally 'talk only' radio station (no jingles).?!

Question:

The reason is that I want something on in the background at my desk (radio or PC) but my company does not want to pay PRS and I don't blame them!

These play (LBC & Talksport) the odd jingle and PRS say that a licence is therefore required. It must be totally NO music. Can U 'elp?
