first...there are no '20 second' radio ads...either 30 or 60 seconds...rates are determined by radio ratings and will differ from daypart to daypart...in other words; commercial time in morning and faternoon drives will be higher than midday, evening and overnights...
also...stations require clients to buy a 'package'...you can't buy just one commercial...
