i have dishnetwork and i can listen to Sirius Satellite Radio on the dish. so does that mean i am a coustomer of Sirius too?

Nope, you are only a customer at Dish Net. If you want to get Sirius in the car or a Sirius Radio you have to deal with Sirius and then start a subscription
