Is it legal to have a link to TV and radio stations streaming site?
Is it legal to have in my website a link to TV and radio stations streaming sites such as ABC, NBC.KISS FM etc….so that my site visitor listen and watch theses stations?

Actually if you broadcast any "imaging" of any station you are initially re-broadcasting their product. and that is not legal without their consent. even if you are not profiting from it. Imaging is where it say's the stations name (in radio) or visually you can see the logo on screen. Even the radio station i work at has to pay to broadcast the songs that we play, both on air and also on the internet.
In short the answer is no it is not legal unless you have written consent.
