How Can I Get Funding To Start A Public Access TV Station or AM Radio Station?
I am a college student and a Producer at a small AM radio station and I would really like to try my own hands in this business.
Any help would be appricated.

Schmooze your butt off!! See if anyone of the other producers at your AM radio station would be willing to take a chance with you. See if you can find any local companies in your area that may want to invest (remember quid pro quo-something for something else). In exchange they are going to want something out of the deal other than their money back-promote their services on your show-fundraising for their charities that they are involved with, etc.
