Yahoo's 360 page will allow you to host your own pre-recorded radio show, through the Daily Blast feature. You just need a way to make your recording - Audacity can help with that - and an online storage location for your .mp3 file. I use my personal domain for hosting audio-files, but there are free sites out there that will host your file for free - you just need to look and choose.
I am using the Daily Blast on my 360 page to distribute a hosted audio file, so if you check it out, you can see how that might work for you.
