And I mean, besides turning off the microwave.

Unfortunately there isn't. Your microwave cooks food by tranmitting radio waves into your food causing water molecules to go speed up. Now some of those radio waves escape (it's harmless) but they will interfere with the satellite that transmits radio waves. It's a non permanent problem. Try putting your receiver farther away. In all honestly if you really wanted (and this is extreme) you could get a metal shield for your microwave. Hope this helps.
