Any tips to be a good radio presenter?

SMILE! When you smile, it really makes a difference and people can tell. Also, when you go into a talk break, know what you're going to say. Know how you're going in and how you're getting out of it, that way you don't crash or freeze up.

And whenever you're on air, record yourself and play it back and let others listen to it and ask them what they think, let them critique you. Finally, most importantly, just be yourself! Don't front and act all fake because most people can tell that that you're being that way.
