Question:

How can I get radio (AM/FM) reception in a building with a lot of flourescent lights?

I recently had all new flourescent lights installed in our building. Now the radio reception is poor (we have speakers througout the building). What would be the most effective way to improve reception?

Moving the receiver is not an option. Would some sort of antenna help? Does anyone know more about some sort of filter they may sell at Radio Shack?

Answers:

The flourescent lights might be causing interference with the radio signals. You can move the radio further away from the fixtures, or replace the lights with ones that cause less interference.
