What are the steps for producing a radio commercial?

i'm doing a project on production director and i cant find this answer any where!!!! i sorta need step by step details too so i can understand

Come on guys, it's not like it is some big inside secret....

First you need to write your script. As you write the script, you must keep tabs on how long the spot is. They are usually 15, 30, or 60 seconds long. (nothing quite makes your talent angry like trying to cram 60 seconds of copy into a 30 second spot.)
Next you can choose your background track, and any sound fx that you are going to use.
Then choose your talent to voice the spot, letting him or her read over the spot to become familiar with it.
Then, you can record the spot. After you finish recording, go back and check the spot for errors. If everything is OK, submit it for air.
