I am thinking of starting an FM radio for a small area thru our college in South Tamil nadu. where can i find details abt the technology and where can i get training

You're going to have to do lots of research on the web, in the library or, if there is a university near you, you might check with them. They might even have a station or be willing to help fund one. Good luck
