How powerful is an Ipod FM transmitter?
I use one in my house, and I can listen to music from my computer all over my house.
Is this what you call a pirate radio station?
I can even pick it up outside my house, but it is staticky.

It sounds normal to me. I have a transmitter that goes a bit outside my house. No, it wouldn't be a pirate radio station unless you are actualy trying to create a radio station!
